NOTES
The BCV was born in 1993 with a donation (around 500 volumes and booklets) from the Vercelli Management committee of the engineering university courses of the Turin Politecnico.
From 1995 the library is joined to the Politecnico Library system and works to increase its bibliographic holdings with the most recent publications of mechanics, electronics and civil engineering.
